Awesome, good to see a fellow lock writing a great guide. This is very useful especially breaking down the gear by spec.I hope/assume you will make one for each phase? When T5 comes out especially, it'll be useful to see what tailoring gear gets replaced.

Can someone explain why it is preferred to craft the chest instead of the ring for the same effect? That way you could get more desired secondary stats without RNG.

Crafted all my legendary the other day by rushing the anima conductor and reinforcing 4 nodes to get the trade 35 x grateful offerings for 1 random legndary. Also had enough soul ash to craft the highest ilvl after settling with the agony 210 ilvl.Comment by Vaeevictiss

As a player whom RNG stands for REALLY Not Gonna happen, of 18 memories over 6 alts, I've only had two for the spec I actually play so I made Wrath of Consumption just because I could. I got very excited when it dropped, thought FINALLY, and then found out it is the worst one. Of course it is. Anyway, I will stick up for it under one circumstance, it is quite good in Torghast where it is realistic to be able to keep up a dot and the buff with the continuous onslaught of mobs. I keep trying to farm the others, but atm this is the best thing I can say about it.

Kind of bizarre this guide doesn't even mention Perpetual Agony of Azj'Aqir except in the stats section. At one point that was listed as the best.Between that and the other comments here I have no faith in this guide at all.
